Services
You can expect to meet with me for an initial session where we will explore what brings you to therapy, define your therapeutic goals, and create an individualized plan to reach them. Sessions will be about 50 minutes long and are designed to support, explore, and equip you with tools, strategies, and new perspectives and understanding to reach your personal goals. At this time I only offer Telehealth services.
